Title: Assistant Program Officer, National Park & Protected Area
Reports to: Priority Project Coordinator, National Park & Protected Area
Location: Beijing/Shenzhen
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist with project implementation and work plan, including documentation and database, concepts and proposals, conduct related research, organize meetings, project contracts preparation etc.
• Support supervisor to develop and maintain partnership with research institutes, relevant government agencies, NGOs, media, and businesses in China.
• Support P project information collection from partners and offices and prepare quarterly and yearly summary or communication materials.
• Support the development of funding opportunities for P project.
• Perform other duties related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above related majors, such as conservation biology, environment sciences, as well as natural resources management.
• 1 years’ work experiences is preferred; excellent graduates preferred, NGO background preferred.
• Excellent ability to work cross-culturally, proposal writing, data analysis and information management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, strategic thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, innovative, could be under high pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Adhere to organization’s values.

•1年以上工作经验优先;优秀毕业生优先,有非政府组织背景者优先。
•优秀的跨文化工作、提案撰写、数据分析和信息管理能力。
•优秀的人际交往能力、团队合作精神、战略思维、以结果为导向、自我激励、创新,能够承受高压。
•优秀的普通话和英语书面和口头沟通技巧,英文听说读写能够作为工作语言。
